I recently purchased a Bravia TV, where in the shop they advertised 4 free 3D PS3 games when you buy the Bravia TV (for download). The shop sent me a link to my e-mail address and said that I just needed to register the TV with Sony, and then I would get a code. I registered the TV and didn't get a code. So I explored the Sony website further and found the correct page. I input the details of the TV on this page, but it said that the TV had already been registered. So I was unable to get the code. I have contacted Sony about this but have not got a response. Does anyone know how I can sort this out, please?
Thanks for your help.

Hi All
If you have registered your New TV with your My Sony account you will not be able to register it on the following link;
https://giveaway.sony.eu/bravia3d-ps3/en/GB
please ensure you do not register at My Sony, the link above will add your TV to your profile, all you have to do is log in if you already have an account.
If you are now unable to register for a code because it is now already on your profile, please NO DOT delete it and try again, it will not work, please do call Sony UK Customer Information on 0844 8466 555 and supply the following information;
Model Number
Serial Number
Date of purchase
Email address
Where is was registered
We can then confirm it is registered on your profile and arrange for a code to be emailed to you directly.

Thanks....just dun it
Today I telephoned Sony and gave all the required information, along with my mobile number for contact. When I returned home from work, my wife informed me that they had called my home number and she was told that I was given something during my conversation, and that I just need to log into My Sony. I have logged into My Sony, and cannot find anything. WHY CAN'T THE CODE BE E-MAILED TO ME! Then it can be the end of this long story. Simply! We'll see.

I called Sony 'Customer Service' once again today to find out what's going on. The customer service agent decided to delete my TV from My Sony, and told me to try again when I get home. I informed her not to do this as someone has said not to do so, but it was too late. So I tried again, but the same message still comes up. So all she has done, she has removed my TV registration in My Sony. Thanks! Quite honestly, I am getting completely fed up with this so called customer service. I would expect far better service from Sony. If this doesn't get resolved soon, then I will be returning my TV for a complete refund, as the free 3D games were advertised as part of the package, and therefore Sony has failed to meet the terms of the agreement. I think this is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, section 12 or 13, sale by description.
It's a pity as the TV is good.
Hi
I have just rung Sony UK prepared to give the information as you have listed.
I was told to delete the TV from my sony account and then register via the giveawat site
So opposite of your advice
Please advise.
Thanks
andy
It doesn't work - the Customer Advisor doesn't know what (s)he is talking about. If you manage to find someone who does actually know, then please post their name so that I can speak to them, as I've had no luck.
