Apple TV Picture Problem

I have a KDF-E50A12U and when i connect the new apple TV i get a ghosting image, with green, blue and red edges to the picture.

Is the problem with the apple tv or my tv.

Don McAllister has reported the same problem.

HI I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE SONY BRAVIA KDL-40EX-403 TV AND ALSO THE NEW APPLE TV AND ALL WORKS PERFECT ARE YOU USING AN HDMI CABLE TO CONNECT THE APPLE TV TO THE SONY? IF SO THE CABLE MIGHT BE AT FAULT, TRY USING A NEW HDMI CABLE IF NOT TRY THE SETTINGS ON THE TV AS IT MIGHT BE SET FOR (RGB) RATHER THAN HDMI. IF NOT TRY (IF IT CAN BE DONE ON YOUR TV) A SOFTWARE UPGRADE FROM SONY SUPPORT

HOPE THIS HELPS

This problem is definitely the ATV. And the new 4.2.1 software makes no difference. Our KDL40EX600 worked flawlessly with the old ATV, the new ATV creates the reverse image for a few minutes every half hour or so. Turning the tv off and back on changes nothing.

BTW, this must be something with the ATV/Bravia combination. We have no problem with the new ATV with B&O BV7 and a Panasonic 41" plasma...

Hey Apple, please fix ... there is some kind of an incompatibility here ...
