Quick launch and capture doesn't work after ICS upgrade

Anyone else having this issue?or my phone is faulty?when i try to launch and capture it will launch the camera app without capturing. The set up already on launch and capture.

How your launching the Quick launch?

Quick launch of camera will not work if you open the App form lock Screen, It will take the quick launch capture when you press the manual camera button.

try to repair your ICS installation via PCC.

Thanks for the answer, it is now working after repair and not as laggy as before
