Hi,
I have tried to do all these things but still I got problem with some apps, even if it is very small, ie <500kB.
I have 35 MB free but still it says that there are not enough memory, but I can install other apps even if they are larger, it seems that it is something else that is the problem.
can you upload a pic..??
go to settings > applications > storage use > downloaded
long press the power button and select take screenshot.. and post it here..
Hi,
No problem.
Is this one ok?
get rid of the task killer.. uninstall it now.. it creates lots of problem... you dont need it in android version 2.3
so just delete it..
also download app2sd from the android market , open it and move all your apps to sd card.. it also increase internal space by clearing cache , ie uninstalled files..
just restart your phone once in 4-5 days , ok..
and can you tell me how much apps are instaled..?? just download apps2sd , it will be easy to know
Hi,
The Task killer is gone, thanks :-).
I have already installed and moved all possible apps to sd-card and clearde the cache.
I've got 33 aps on the phoned-card and 101 on the sd-card.
Is there any minimum space the phone needs on it's phone-card?

oh you have a lot of apps

hmm , yes its a bug , some users were not able to download anything even with some space left..
i think its just a warning signal to let you know you are getting out of memory..
i dont know if it needs a minimum storage..
Some great advice on this thread. I too have this problem and I've only had the phone for a couple of month. Moved everything I can to the SD card, cleared the cache, but only have a about 25MB left.
Thinking of rooting the phone and using a root uninstaller to remove some of the pre-installed bloatware.
Anyone know if these problems are improved or made worse with Android 4 ICS?
Cheers,
M.
I searched app2sd and found many options! I choose one of them but didn´t work on android 4.
Btw, ICS can move some app to sd (not every app allows it)
I got the same error when updating large app. I must uninstall the app and install it again. Very annoying....
