Can't see recent calls SONY S ICS Update..

I discovered that i can't find recent calls from my phone. After ICS update it happens. Please i need help imediatly ..

can you post a screenshot that where and how you are trying to open it and what is the error while doin so?

First of all I hope you selected only to update and not Factory data reset+ update option in SUS or PCC

If selected the second, then you're call logs are gone.

If that's not the case, then simply do this to see if your able to get it.

Phone > tap on menu button > show call log

Hmm well sorry for not having screen shots.. But normally call log appears in menu right ?? What now i can't see it in menu. It dissapeared. Even after i go dial pad, there i see only tabs which shows contacts ,favourites and Group options . I can't find the option to on CALL LOGS

I am not the one who updated to ICS. I got the phone already updated. Can't i get call log option back? m confused .. plz help me

Actually it comes at this place now. Just above the phonepad.

This place is totally empty in my phone.. and the steps you have given there is no such a option called SHOW CALL LOG.

You can take screenshot by > press and hold, power button + volume down button at the same time and hold them there until you take a screenshot

You're not following the steps correctly.

Go to Phone app, then you'll see the phonepad / dialpad as above.

Once you reach there, then press on this button > as shown below, then you'll see the option of show call log
