Can't flash my sola

Please, help me, I can not boot my sola! I tried it so many times but it isn't boot it at all. Yesterday I update my software and it works, now I am trying to do something else but it don't boot.

did you unlocked the bootloader? flashed a custom rom? you have to elaborate

does the notification LED turn on when you connect it to a wall charger and/or computer? does the phone turn on but its on a bootloop?

The LED is working properly when it is connected to the charger or to the computer. I dont know that boot is the right word for that, i want to do that when i press the volume key down and then insert the usb cable to the phone. Thats is what i want to do Is that mean that my bootloader is not unlocked?

when you turn off your phone > press and hold volume down > connect the USB cable does the LED turn green (flashmode)?

it goes in flashmode for a while and then goes to normal charging

try this

install SUS and update JAVA (google java download) > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run SUS

try again

The same problem... First it goes to flashmode for 1-2 seconds then the LED turn to red then to green and start charging

if the battery its not at least at 50% its not going to work, also try a different USB port
