when i upgrade by flashtool, it will be out of warranty? do i must be root?
Using flashtool may void the warranty.
No you don't need to root. It's for users who want to modify their software etc

With all the software bugs in ICS for 2011 Xperias, I wonder why Sony doesn't give us the possibility to downgrade these devices via PCC or SUS!?
I havent any idea. But Sony had been failed with ICS, and doesnt update JB for 2011.

Install ICS and root it. remove bloatware and you're all set to ENJOY
