this keeps on happening to my xperia and it restarts again keeping on pausing
Please what can I do to stop the problem with this phone
Hi @troy5, sorry to hear about this. 
To start with, try and remove the SIM and or SD card(s) from your device and see if it boots up correctly or if it still gets stuck during the start-up.
If there is no change, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this repair will delete all data stored on the internal storage and since the device can't be booted up, you will not be able to create a backup using any of our programs.
