1) wait 

or 

2) manually update your phone 

as for an specific release date, there isn't one

i redownload then reinstall the pc companion

this time they work as expected. update is done.

noted, this is done on my win 7 64 bits.

I just found that xperia m c1904 is getting 4.3 update on PCC in 2-3 days and on OTA in 10 days.
