Is the update available? Does PC Companion say update available? If the update is available and you are trying to update and getting a fail then is your bootloader unlocked?

i just bought M today, trying to apply the new os update

already installed pc companion 2.1

when the pc companion performing the step 2 Prepare - downloading , the screen straight close by itself. nothing happen then.

I keep on retry the update, same behavior.

i can't perform the update by the phone itself, as it stated "computer required"

should i clear off the downloaded stuff in my pc to retry the download? where is it being keep?
