This phone is more than 2 years old model, I suggest you don't put high hopes on getting more software update to it. Anyways, use this link to send this request to Sony directly:

There isn't an official upgrade for the Xperia M device.to Kitkat.

If you want, you can check this link where you will find a custom cangenmod 12.0 ROM to ugrade this device to Lollipop:

I love that phone ,but im bored at the Android 4.3.
I love the official Sony UI+the applications,and i don't want to install any rom on my phone.
