What operating system are you running - Is it Windows 8 or a 64bit system

There's your problem - Incompatibility with Flashmode and 64bit - Try and use a 32bit system or try running the program in compatibility mode and choose a 32bit option

are you sure it's due to 64 bits?

Yes I'm sure - PCC will run and work but the Flash driver will not unless running on a 32bit system - I'm sure if you search the forum you'll find many instances of this and the same reply from me and many other members
