Use PC Companion to perform repair

Make sure your phone is unplugged from your Pc and fully switched off

So run PCC Select Support zone then Select Update my phone/tablet then select in Blue repair my phone/tablet - select your phone and follow the instructions - When prompted hold back or volume down depending on phone and connect your USB cable remember phone must be switched off - This should start the repair process and get your phone working again

sorry for delay....... first u download sus(sony update Service) and install it into ur pc... then run the program... follow the instructions and select ur phone model... when it ask for connect ur mobile.. please press the volume downbotton and plug the usb....

Those letters and numbers like you said R1C etc are code for release ie: Year Month and Revision of final release so these will differ from country to country depending on release date and network branding

friend update 4.1 to 4.3 is a huge thing means all data in the phone will wipe (including this bulid id) only kernel ver was no change. so if a update give by sony globally same, all that data changes on each phone with new... so they can'nt identify their product details... so they need to create s/w for each bulid id and custm id......................

An update is not a global release - Updates differ depending on country as some have restrictions with the Play store and pre-installed apps so one update does not fit all - They may have the same version number but the build version ie: the R1C may differ depending on when the final build was made - Some countries may have the same release info and that will probably be because they were finalized at the same time
