Sony xperia m has two ver. C1904 and c1905.... And also sony release their product each country had a unique identity.... Each country has a custm ver id and bulid id.. So that sony need to release update different 15.4.A.0.23 for each country... Now sony release update for all bulid ver R5C,R3C,R2C,R1C... Now they trying to create bulid ver for A serious...

We are purchasing the phones from popular vendor like sony, Which stating the fake info in their official websites. By providing this fake news it may loose the vaulable customers in INDIA. WHY THE **bleep** ARE THEY NEGLECTING INDIA. Even I sent an email to Xperia care about this . 48hrs have passed AND STILL NO REPLY.........................................................

hello, i have a problem with my phone. i just upgraded my android version to 4.3 with sony pc companion. my phone restarted there was SONY with white letters and then grey grey screen so i waited for 15 mins and nothing happens i cant turn it off so i taked out my battery. i cant now enter my phone restarted it about 5 times and when i turn the phone i see SONY and then grey screen. what do i have to do? please help me, thanks.

Re-install it through sony update service....
