What kind of code are you looking for? If you need a code to unlock the SIM network lock on your device, please get in touch with your operator and they will assist you further.
If you can't remember the screen lock on your device, I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device and since the device can't be unlocked, you will not be able to create a backup!
