The phone turns off when you try to make or receive a video call in different applications

Телефон отключается ,когда пытаешься совершить или принять видеозвонок в разных приложениях :Viber,  Hangouts , WhatsApp. Помогите, пожалуйста, решить эту проблему

I have been experiencing similar issues for a while now and I see Sony Customer care didn't bother you reply nor assist.
