Some system functions may not work

I put took out a 4gb Sd card from my phone and changed it to a 16gb and now its saying storage space running low and some systems function may not work even though its got 13gb free,

Curious as to how I fix this problem asaitas has no format section or sd card options?

The message it's not referring to the SD card but the internal storage

settings > storage > how much free internal storage does your phone has?

The message started to appear when i changed the sd card
