My simcard not detect. Please guide me how to solve this problem. O

I try on other phone, my simcard worked. But on xperia m5 not detect. Help me please

have you tested a different SIM card with your phone?

Yes, i have done it with other sim and it's not working. but i tested my simcard with phone and it works. but for my phone, no service
