M5 Dual Flashes Sony boot screen and restartes without booting
My M5 Dual fell on floor, did no external damage, but isn´t turning on. When it is on charger appears the black SONY screen and the mobile is instantanelly turned off, this happens on loop! did it happened with someone else? Is there a fix for it? thanks in advance!
I had all those iissues that they are talking about on my M5 since the very beggening, overheating, black screen, shutting off for no reason... Don't take it personal, but I don't wanna pay an expensive service to go back to that.
I understand your frustration but, if you dropped the phone, even if there isn't any visible physical damage, it doesn't mean that there aren't other issues. The same goes for any other brand. Just contact them and get it inspected. perhaps you could request pictures of the damage.
