Hi @darklady11, sorry to hear about this. 
If you have forgotten the screen lock on your device, I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage and as the device can't be unlocked, you will not be able to create a backup.
