When I press the power button on the m4 it only shows the Sony logo and vibrates then it dies again.

When charging using the Sony given charger and chord, the red indicator light on the upper left of the phone lights up and the logo of Sony will come out; after that it dies. The phone will not continue to the wave loading screen.

My phone is not rooted, only play store apps were installed, and the phone is updated to the latest OS.

Have you repaired the phone with Xperia Companion?

When charging it goes into an infinite loop of starting up to the Sony logo and dying after that

Can you remove the SD and SIM cards? Do you experience the same reboots?

1. you turn off the phone
2. Run Sony Xperia Companion
3. Repair the phone

Note: don't turn on the phone
