For some time, on my sony xperia m4 aqua, the qr code reader can no longer open the links to which the qr codes refer. I get a page that says: 

    "Unable to reach the site - can not find the IP address of the router.neom.com server - go to the link: http // neom.com / - Search neom gwv4 router with gateway Google - ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED "

The ap I'm using is called NeoReader and I found it already pre-installed on the phone that I bought two years ago
