4G/LTE network cannot be used in Sony Xperia M4

I have LTE problem with my Sony Xperia M4 E2306. there is an option in Network that is LTE/Wcmd/gsm but 4G is not working.

how can I solve this problem?help me.

Is this something that has started to occur very recently or have you never been able to use 4G/LTE with your Xperia M4 Aqua?

If you have never been able to use 4G/LTE, have you made sure that your SIM card and subscription is LTE ready? You can also check with your operator which LTE bands are supported in your market.

Below you can see which LTE bands are supported.

LTE Bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 28.

Hi @Qt_Rupa, welcome to our forum!

I'm afraid that the Xperia M4 Aqua does not support VoLTE and that is why you can't get it to work, even if your operator supports this service.
