Lovefilm updated their Sony Bravia app at the end of June. I have parental settings set to 11 (restricts to U & PG) on my BDP-S370, this always worked fine with Lovefilm. Since the app updated, the parental settings are ignored and ANY certificate can be viewed. (Non-lovefilm content remains restricted.)
I have several times tried de-activating/re-activing Lovefilm on the Sony Entertainment Network,de-activating/re-activating the device on the Lovefilm site, resetting my personal information on the device, checking firmware is up to date, turning the device off & on, but whenever I go back to Lovefilm the issue persists.
Has anyone else had similar problems or knows of a fix / workaround? I've been contacting Lovefilm support about it but am getting nowhere.
