Recently installed an XAV-3005DB in my car, and have started using CarPlay. Everything is working well, except for phone calls. A phone call using CarPlay sounds terrible - I sound distorted and crackly, and the person i'm calling sounds all muffled. If I unplug my phone and connect via Bluetooth then calls sounds normal.
Music playback over CarPlay is fine, and sounds great.
Has anyone expereinced this at all?
