Shrill dialogue on most voices on Sony Bravia tv

Does any Sony Bravia owners have a problem with the sound of dialogue on their sets.I find that many voices sound shrill and high pitched and very annoying to listen to.It’s not that I can’t hear it,just too high pitched for comfort.I have had my tv for quite a long time,but only recently find this problem.Hope it’s not my hearing,but don’t think it is.Have no trouble with ordinary conversation.Megan4

Thanks.The only change that has happened recently is that I have connected the tv to the internet in order to get Netflix,but I have always watched tv through the Humax box I have had for years.If I feel there is a fault eventually,is there a number I should call to get a Sony engineer?
