Playing video from flash drive on Bravia TV XBR-55X930D

I copied a video to a ScanDisk Flash Drive and when I tried to play it on the TV, I got a message saying there is no signal from the port in which i inserted the flash drive.  How do I fix it?  The video is in MP4 format...
