Hi,
Can I get through to talk to anyone at Sony about cash back issues re my Rx100?
Sent my VAT receipt to them, they say its not right,no other explanation. Even called John Lewis to check and the confirmed I had sent the right document.
Anyone I can actually talk to? I'll send the camera back if I dont sort this in a few days as I dont now trust the cash back process.

This sounds frustrating, but I can escalate this for you.
I sent you a PM asking for the e-mail address that you used for registration or the serial number of the camera you are claiming the cashback for. If you can reply with this info via PM, I will pass this on to Sony via the escalation.
