Horrible service
Bought earbuds off line. They stopped taking a charge not even a month later!!!! Tried to do the return process and it's an absolute joke !!! Gotta jump through 100 hoops to try to get a item that works!!! No offer to return money, wanted me to send my product first then wait on them to process everything !!! No !!! I bought your product and it doesn't work !!! You send me new ones or offer to replace money spent !!! Sony is an item of the past !!! Do better
