I bought sony m3 camera, and claimed cash back. Sony sent me the email about my invoice uploaded is wrong,then i replaied the invoice via email on 5th December. however, i got an email today about my participation is no longer valid?!?! I bought that camera online from currys, why i cannot get the cashback? please give a reason, disappointed!!!

They can usually help straighten things out.
