My e reader PRS 600 is 2 years old but has never been used. I recently charged it via the computer and loaded some books, then played around with resizing etc. It then was low on battery, so I attached it to the computer for 5 hours. Now it says it has no battery! Help!

Try charging it via a USB mains adaptor. Leave it to charge overnight.

But it may be that as its not been used for ages the battery is, to use the technical term, buggered
