Hi
My TV listings are provided by YouView and I am fed up to put it mildly to continually get messages "information not available" for sections of channels - not always the same ones. My internet connection is provided via dLAN so it's not a WiFi failure and if some channel information is available they all should be. I cannot see any other option in settings or elsewhere for an alternative listing provider. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi @RogerM62 First thing I always do is turn off YouView and use the standard Freeview TV Guide.
If you want to keep using the You View guide then maybe try the following:
Go into setting, then Apps, then scroll all the way to the bottom and select YVServiceHost. Then clear the data and cache.
This normally cures”information not available” issues on the guide.
