Hi, I encountered a problem after the last firmware installed on the TV (02 March 2022): the subtitles are no longer set to basic, it switches off every time I change the channel. I always have to set the subtitle on the remote control to the desired language. Has anyone encountered this problem before? I am also addressing Sony representatives if I am reading this post with the request to resolve this issue
