Hi,
Just started receiving a 'No channels stored" message (related to analogue tuning) on every startup which is starting to get very annoying!
Unsure why this had just started to occur - any ideas how to prevent from coming up?
Thanks
Below screenshot.
Behaviour - turn TV on, navigate to TV guide or other app (Netflix) and pop up comes up. If select 'Set Up Now' option it takes you to Analogue tuning screen where it obviously doesn't find any channels. If select 'Cancel' option it takes you back to app you were on. Whichever option chosen, pop up then reappears next time TV is turned on.
Hi @Gulioth
The only reason you'd get that message is when you switch the input to Analogue when no channels are tuned (none exist at this point anyway) so I'm thinking that the TV defaults back to Analogue when turned on. I have a theory about this though.
If you go to Settings - External inputs - Manage inputs - Analogue - Display setting - Hide, does the issue remain?
If it does, could you tell us if you have an antenna connected or if you have a set top box?
Also, have you ever used/are you using a CCTV system with the TV? Those still utilize Analogue signals for input if the device is old enough to predate HDMI)

Hi there,
Appreciate the follow up.
To confirm I already have that setting for analogue under external inputs set to 'Hide'
TV is connected directly to aerial, no set up box is being used at this time. No CCTV being used either. The only thing connected to TV is a Bose soundbar (via optical) but that existing setup well predates this recent error message. After disconnecting HDMI's for both game consoles, I am going to try the soundbar next just to eliminate any potential 'interference' going on. After that, I am completely stumped what's going on here...
Thanks
I think you should contact support at that point to log the issue and have it investigated.

Appreciate your suggestions/help to date.
Just to confirm that, after a LOT of troubleshooting, it's definitely the Bose Soundbar that is causing this issue although I cannot logically explain why.
Does anyone else happen to have an XF90 with a Bose Soundbar 700/500 attached?
