So, after less than a year my TV is stuck in a reboot loop. I have tried factory reset. Any other suggestions?

You could try another factory reset, but if no luck after that
then you'll have to phone Sony Support.
Let us know what they say.

Try to keep the TV unplugged from the power supply for at least 10 minutes, and if you used it turn off your home Wi-Fi, after try again.

I've traced the problem to the VPN app I am using - I can see there is a long running thread on this.
