Work around for now. Instead of switching the TV off at the wall and back on again. I use the TV side view app on my i-phone/pad also works on android. Use the TV remote control in that app to switch the TV off and it comes back on again with sound and a responsive actual remote control. Hopefully Sony will fix the issue soon.
Hi does anybody know how to fix the issue with the siny bravia RMT-TX100D,thet will not turn on or stay on,nor will the android apps load up,please help!!,it's driving me nuts two weeks without a tv now =(
Few checks, try one by one and see if we got any luck.
1. check batteries in the remote. 2. Power Off and ON the TV, thenUpgrade TV OS 3. Remove recently installed apps especially if any music/Audio related Apps. 4. Remove all external devices like any USB or disk drives 5. Finally if nothing works, Call for support.
