Kd-49x8005c repeatedly having to do a forced factory reset

As the title suggests, I’m having to do this around every 2 weeks.

Any ideas as to what is causing this please, and how can I avoid having to do this so frequently? Thanks

Same issue i had Bro,  just be wary, i am on the latest update and i still had the problem, its only when i turned off auto update it seemed to resolve the issue.

Youd think Sony would sort this out huh, all these problems across the whole range, when this one goes ill be going back to Hisense, one of their Android models, never had any problems there with my old Hisense.

You may update it then disable automatic updates as @graygerman mentioned, then test it once more.
