Disney+ app

I have a bravia XR-65A90J and the pre-installed Disney+ app will not load. It just keeps on buffering. Other pre-installed apps like netflix and amazon prime work perfectly. Can anyone help me solve this problem. Sorry but my German is not very good.

After making sure that the TV is up to date, if it still won't work I would recommend taking a look at this one as well.
