My Bravia KD-43XE8005 was working fine, since purchase 10months ago, automatically switching on my HT-SS100 Home Theatre system at startup and switching it off at the end of watching. The TV handset also controlled sound levels on the SS100 . . . . until last week. Now it does not recognise the SS100 as a connected device.
Has there been an update which has removed my SS100 from the compatible list?
I see that it is not included in the list of Audio Systems which ARE compatible - but it might never have been in that list!!
I should say that all still works if I switch them separately, controlling sound level with one handset and TV channel with the other

Hi @jonjbee. Have you tried a different cable? A soft or hard reset of the TV. A soft reset is hold down the remote power button for 10 seconds or so until Power off appears on the screen. https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/kd-43xe8005/artic...
