I have just purchased a new KD49XH919 which is great but having issues with playback of Prime Video and You Tube apps. Get a stuttering video playback and no sound. Netflix app plays perfectly
Try updating the TV: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xh85xx_x85xxh_xh91xx-series/kd-49xh9196/d...
And going to Settings - Apps - Youtube - uninstall updates (do the same for Prime as well), then unplug the TV from the mains for a minute.

I'm getting the same right now on Now TV, YouTube, Prime and Disney+. Netflix is fine.
I did switch off at wall, and the same with my router for five mins. Still have same problem
If you have the same TV, try updating it.
