I have updated my Xperia 10 Plus today to Android 10. One of the main features I use is Google Pay which I can no longer use as it says the software on the phone is not certified... Now what?!?!
Try clearing the data and cache of Pay, then restart the phone and try again.
Otherwise, inform Sony via support of the issue, and hope an update fixes it.

Cheers @RottenFoxBreath I've tried that and then tried readding the card but it won't authorise it for contactless payment as it says the software is not certified. I've reported it to Sony support
Cheers for this @_alexdon_, it worked fine in Android 9 but not 10, it's as though Sony haven't tested it. I tried doing what the other guy said, it will add the card but not authorise the contactless due to the software not being certified with Google Pay
