how to register my braviaTV online on Sony entertainment network?

Hello,

Always get this message when I'm trying to register my TV.

" Incorrect activation code. Please try again."

I added my Sony KDL-46NX700 to MySony.

Is it possible that it's because this HDTV has maybe been registrated by the previous owner?

What to do in that case?
