      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The best way to do it would be setting up the same account on your Tablet as IMAP type as it will copy the contents of your Outlook folders straight over. POP tends to pull all of them leaving your Outlook empty and have to manually push items over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for your contacts and address book, hopefully someone else can chime in with that as I have not used Outlook in a good few years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
