    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My Sony VAIO VGN-A417M have a problem with speedstep.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It s normally a 1.86GHz on power &amp;amp; 798MHz on accu with power managment set to adaptive.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some time i have 768MHz from power adapter &amp;amp; 3xxMHZ (dont remeber exactly) from battery. I need restart computer for recover my full speed.&lt;BR /&gt;I have try some differant parameters from power managment (alla in performance, etc..) &amp;amp; i have always same problemes.&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't always this but too much time &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have try some some new install of Windows Pro/Home, driver for A5 series &amp;amp; power managment for A5 series and it's the same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone have a idea?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advence, Weast.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
