i have a problem, can you help me?

hello everybody,
I am not experimeted in this way of comunication, and also I don't speak english very well, but I have a problem with my vaio, and I think you could help me, can you? my notebook becomes to be very slowly, what can I do? also it begins to tell me problems when i turn it off...

Hi anrroma and welcome to the forum.

Not much to go on here but try checking the CPU temperature. Download MobileMeter and report back to us with the CPU temperature.

Also try running some anti Spyware/maleware programmes such as Spybot S&D.

I have done what you tell me, and at the moment I can tell you my temperature computer ( about MobileMeter)is growing but right now it says 43º.

That temperature is fine.

Have you tried scanning for viruses/malware?

 also it begins to tell me problems when i turn it off...

What error messages are you receiving?

I am running the "spyware doctor" right now, ( I could not download Spybot S&D, don't know why ).
But there are at least 91 infecc., I can't believe!!

About the message when I turn it off..., I don't remember at all,
