    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i shut down windows it freezes on the 'Windows is shutting down screen'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone know what the problem could be? I have installed an up to date driver for my video card and this has not fixed it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My vaio is a FE21H&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quite a few people have had this problem and traced it to the web-cam.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try disabling the magic eye camera and see if it shuts down.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.at/html/@13A2E6A3774A8B47B4EC6F04089539E1/images/smilies/063.png" alt=":thinking:" title=":thinking:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had this problem on a Dell Dimenstion desktop pc (Sorry!) It was definately to do with hardware. I traced it to my usb modem. Try to find out which device it is. It may take some time like it did with myself. Be sure to search the internet for help with your subject as it helped me a great deal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
