Can't transfer books to reader

my Ereader is registered under old email address so i think that's why i can't transfer downloaded books to it. what can i do?

You can check if your Reader is authorised correclty by doing the following..

Connect your reader to your pc & open reader library, in the left hand menu click on the Status..

If it's not the correct try this..

Connect your reader to your pc & open reader library.

Click on the Reader icon in the left hand menu and then hold down the Ctrl & Shift keys and press the D key a few times..

To check if the Reader is de-authorised click on the Status in the left hand menu..
