topic My handycam DCR-SR190E won't connect to my computer. I have picture motion browser software but when I connect the camera to my computer via USB and the handyman station all i get is the word preparing on the camera screen (after I've pressed the computer icon). Then nothing happens. I've tried all the usual stuff e.g. turning stuff off, re-booting etc but nothing. I've updated the software as far as possible (Tried again today but the links don't work on the sony page).
