What to choose... CX vs PJ ?

Can some of you bright people help me.

What are the main differencies between CX and PJ (besides from the ability to project film)?

If I just need an inexpencive camcorder for family occations and birthdays that is easy to use and takes great pictures - what should I choose?

I am looking at a couple of used camcorders.

I can get a HDR CX 130 for about 150 €

Or a HDR PJ200 for 200€

Or a TG3E for 200€

Which is ligher (easy to carry)

Which has the best picture for video?

Which takes the best still pictures?

What is the best value for money?
