im having problems installing apps to my camera, i keep getting taken to my Basic Account Page, and i'm stuck on what to do next? can anyone help please?

yes, i can not download any app... i had the same identical camera which broke, so bought this 2nd hand camera, which came sold as new from ebay, i already ownd a few apps already so tried to download those first, all was same when click install, was taking to my sony basic account page, and was nothing which went past that stage, to allow me to procedd any further, thank you for replying

Hi Sean,

This seems to be a problem more related to your account than to the new camera. As it happens to be, the support for PlayMemories account lies with the same team that support PlayStation.

I think the best thing you can do is contact them about this.
